Primavera Sound 2010 festival was taking place soon, and San Miguel, as main sponsor, had launched a TV spot named "Piñatas" in which two of these festivity containers exploded, letting out a varied number of elements. The claim being "Can you imagine what could happen if you create your own way of feeling the music?"

With that concept in mind, we worked together with the creative team at Publicis Modem to develop a microsite in which the user could really create a piñata of their own, only to make it explode afterwards.

We wanted to give them the opportunity to choose which elements they wanted to fill their piñata with, so we did! And we also thought it could be a nice idea to enable a certain level of customization for your piñata: hairstyle, eye color, clothing, shoes, complements, etc..

Once your piñata is created and before watching it explode, you can post it in your facebook wall or download an image of your creation. Can you imagine what could happen if you create your own way of feeling the music?
